The topic of this year is “Change”. The whole employees of YFPO have been encouraged to evaluate the impacts of staff change, machine change, material change, laws change, and environment change to HSE. We hope to eliminate or decrease the change risk through proper HSE management. There are 3 safety month activities this year.\r\nIn the activity of “Yes, I do”, each level of YFPO signed the responsibility statement. This standard connected specific requirements from applicable car customers. IS0 9001:2015 and IS0 9000：2015 defined requirements of basic quality management system on organizations of auto production and service parts. It was customer-orientation and integrated lots of customers’ pending requirements before.\r\n \r\nYFPO quality system section organized four-day training which invited every plant’s quality manager, system engineers, relevant colleagues from Purchasing Dept. and TC, total 60 participants to do new standards introduction. This was the first step for YFPO to do 2017 new standard version-change implementation. \r\n\r\nNew standards announcement signified that there were more demanding requirements and challenges to system management of auto parts industry.
